Surgical Gowning: Learn how healthcare professionals prepare for surgical procedures and understand the importance of maintaining a sterile environment.

Suturing Techniques: Get hands-on practice with suturing and develop an insight into the techniques used in clinical settings.

Learning to Splint: Discover how splints are used to support and stabilise injuries, and explore a practical aspect of patient care.

Each session offers an opportunity to build new skills, explore your interests and gain a better understanding of what a career in medicine or dentistry involves.

These experiences can also give you valuable examples to reflect on throughout your application journey, helping you identify what interests you about healthcare and giving you meaningful experiences to discuss in your personal statement and university interviews.
